The Master’s Butler offers property owners an answer to the distance issues they have from their properties. We are a professional group of retired business people, stay at home moms, and network of vendors that can provide a wide level of assistance with only a single phone call. For less than $1 a day, we will act as the owner’s “Eyes and Ears” to help provide “confidence” and “peace of mind” that the property is in quality shape and free from any obvious problems. The list below is a sample of the many issues we can cover. Each completed activity will be followed-up with an e-mail, call back, or letter. We will only charge for the service after it has been rendered.
“Eyes and Ears” Monthly Maintenance Support Package: $30/mo (plus supply)

Monthly replacement of HVA/C filters
-Replace as needed light bulbs, alarm/remote batteries
-Ensure proper thermostat settings
-Maintain sliding glass doors through cleaning and lubrication
-Watch for obvious water leaks and damages
-Facilitate repair vendors when needed
Additional Owner Services include (a-la-carte):
-Additional facility check (“Worry Call” – suspect a problem or issue) $25 per check
-Hurricane Support (pull/replace balcony furn. & watch for obvious damage) $25 per move
-On-call guest services (no more mid-night complaint calls from guest for you) $30/hr per call (Min. 1hr)
-Departure Maid (Range from $60-$350) Call For Quote
“Value Added” services include (a-la-carte):
-Bell-hop services for arrival/departure$20 (each, 1st hr)
-Mid-Stay Maid (load/run dishwasher, clean counters, sinks, tubs, & toilets)$40 per request
-Grocery purchase and delivery 15% of Total ($30 Min.)

Through these additional services owners will be able to set rental rates higher and provide a unique and quality service to guests. Services can be offered at a discount, directly to the guests. They will have a perfect vacation experience and the owner gets all the credit.
For owners who use property as 1st or 2nd homes, we can still assist you by providing any or all of the above services. This will allow you a higher level of comfort while The Master’s Butler assists you in your daily needs, while you are in the area and provide the “worry free” confidence that your property is ready for you at a moments notice while away.
